You can now order a range of Gucci ready-to-wear, bags and accessories and have them delivered directly to your door in just an hour and 30 minutes from the time your order is placed, thanks to Farfetch.
The feature, called F90, or Store to Door in 90 Minutes, will launch in London, Paris, Madrid, Milan, New York City, Los Angeles, Miami, Dubai, Tokyo, and São Paulo. This premium service is available Monday to Friday, between 8am and 6pm.
After placing an order via Farfetch’s website, a sales associate at your nearest Gucci store will organise your package. Then, a courier will deliver your Gucci parcel. While the luxury e-tailer already offers same day deliveries in a number of cities, the F90 service will be its fastest to date.
“If you need just the right dress or pair of shoes for dinner that night, we can make sure you have it wherever you are,” said Farfetch’s chief executive and founder José Neves. “Time is the new luxury and one that we all want more of,” he added.
Trying to order a package in London will set you back about £12 in a delivery fee (shipping fee £5.00 plus F90 delivery fee £7), however the cost varies from city to city.
Gucci boss Marco Bizzarri said: “This represents the type of new service level that the luxury fashion industry needs to embrace to meet the ever-increasing expectation among luxury customers today.”
Farfetch offers a unique return service. Call its customer service team and set up a two-hour collection window where a courier will come pick up your unwanted goods for the next working day.
